ネットワーク管理絡みで、windows の net start コマンドは、サービスの開始が完了するまで、net stop コマンドは、サービスの停止が完了するまで待ってはくれません。これでは、インストーラやバッチで利用するには不都合を感じる場合もあります。という事で、だいぶ前に書いたものを晒してみます。自由に使ってください。
